might as well + 동사원형 : ~ 하는 편이 낫다, ~ 하는것도 좋다.

I might as well leave for America.

나 지금 하는게 좋겠어.
.I might as well do it now.

기다려야 하니, 앉아 있는게 낫겠다. 
Since we have to wait, we might as well sit down.
Since we have to wait for a long time, we might as well sit down.
